What is dermal rolling?

How does it work?
At Instant Laser Clinic we use the Micro-Needle Therapy System roller (MTS roller) for quick and safe results with various needle dimensions (0.3 mm-3 mm).
First, we apply a numbing cream to your treatment area to minimise discomfort. After 30 minutes we use a special skin disinfectant to thoroughly cleans and disinfect the skin area being treated. Our trained practitioner then, use the MTS roller (made of fine surgical needles) to lightly puncture the surface of your skin in horizontal and vertical passes. The tiny needles puncture the skin just enough to promote collagen and elastin production.
