Treatment Information:

What areas can be treated?
The most common areas that are treated are the abdominal bulges, love handles, back fat, saddle bags, thighs (inner and outer), side and under buttock area, arms, and double chins.

What does treatment with fat dissolving injections involve?
Local anesthetic cream is applied to the treatment area for approximately 45 minutes. The treatment area is then systematically injected with phosphatidylcholine through a fine needle. Usually 2 to 5 treatments per area are required at 1-2 month intervals, although many patients are happy with results after just 2 to 3 treatments.

When will I see the results?
Generally, this depends on the individual however; results are usually only seen after 2 or more treatments.

What are the side effects?
Commonly, people experience temporary soreness, swelling, and bruising of the treatment area. There are no long-term side effects associated with this treatment.

Are fat dissolving injections safe?
Fat dissolving injections are a safe and effective method of fat reduction. Unlike liposuction, it is not associated with the risks of general anesthesia or sedation, and the complications of surgery.

The first step is simply contacting us for your initial fat dissolving injection consultation with our fully trained and qualified doctor, where we will discuss with you what a realistic and achievable outcome is, and what to expect from your treatment.

Making that first phone call about any cosmetic procedure can be a confronting task - many of our patients have preferred coming for consultation to gain an understanding of the results they are hopeful of achieving and ensure the treatment is appropriate.

No more love handles!
